I'm an artist, writer, maker and lifelong collector of questions. I create because curiosity rarely lets me leave an idea alone. One day that might mean black ink and paper; another might bring watercolor, digital illustration, a coloring page or an entirely new experiment. I have shelves full of materials just waiting for me to take the plunge! Rather than forcing everything I love into one tidy niche, I've decided that creativity is my niche.

My creativity has never stayed neatly inside one box. I'm fascinated by art, words, design, technology, science and the countless ways ideas connect. I follow the thread that interests me, experiment with whatever medium suits it and see where it leads.
Jacqui By Design is my creative boutique: art to enjoy, use and live with. Here, illustrations become themed collections, coloring pages, decorative prints, practical paper goods and gifts with personality. Enchanted Everyday brings a little magic to ordinary moments; its Beautifully Disorganized range is taking shape around planners, household humour and wonderfully imperfect lives.
Why Jacqui By Design Exists
Jacqui By Design grew from my desire to create a life—and a way of working—that fits who I am. Living with chronic health challenges has taught me that energy is precious and creativity doesn't have to follow a conventional schedule. Art, writing and technology give me ways to keep exploring and building, even when my body asks me to slow down.
Some ideas begin with something I need myself: a useful list, a plan for dinner or a little creative breathing room. I want to make everyday life a little more manageable, beautiful and amusing, and share what works. This is a place for curious minds, creative pauses and permission to follow your own curiosity.
